When he was a child, he was often praised for his drawings, but he didn't really like drawing.
He took a design course in high school and became a graphic designer after graduating, but that wasn't what he wanted to be.
He lived until his 20s just stayed like that.
When he encountered art works and Japanese buddism in his 30s and he was influenced by it, and decided to think about himself through painting.
It has a colorful bright and finely strange atmosphere.
When it comes to his creations, rather than thinking as he pleases, he draws while struggling with ideas and use of colors. He believes that emotions and sensations are integrated into the work and are conveyed as thoughts to those who view it.
Currently he draws on his days off when he is not working, but he aims to create an environment where he can concentrate on drawing.
He hopes that many people around the world will see his work and feel his world. 　　

takehikocは東京下町に生まれた。
彼は幼少の頃、絵を描くと「うまいね」とよく褒められが、絵を描く事が好きというわけではなかった。高校はデザイン科に入り、卒業後グラフィックデザイナーになったが、なりたかったわけではなかった。何がしたいのかわからないまま20代まで過ごし、30代に入り美術作品や日本仏教に出会い、影響を受けて、絵を描く事で自分を表現しようと思った。作品の特徴はカラフルで明るく楽しい感じと、細かく奇妙な雰囲気の2面性を感じさせる。創作においては思うがままと言うよりは、発想やアイデア、色使いなどを悩み苦しみ、もがきながら描いている。でもその苦しんだ感情や感覚は、作品に溶け込み、見てくれた人に想いとして伝わると信じている。現在は仕事のない休日などに絵を描いているが、将来は描くことに集中できる環境を目標に活動している。彼は世界の多くの人に作品を見てもらい、彼の世界を感じてもらえればと思っている。
