Nyumori

Nyumori, born in Taiwan in 1991, has loved painting since childhood. She spends time with her java sparrow and other animals every day. Her grandmother and relatives in Japan got her into studying Japanese and loving Japanese culture. Animals and nature keep on bringing inspiration to her. Her artworks connect animals with fantasy landscapes.

She usually draws with a unique and delicate touch that weaves adorable animals into daily life. She uses drawing materials such as watercolors sometimes combined with gouache. In 2021, she was invited to Japan for the exhibition for the first time.

Art heals her heart and brings happiness for people. It can bring her joy. She continues to create her mysterious world that brings pleasure and energy to everyone.

1991年台湾生まれのステラ・オンは子供の頃から絵を描き続けてきた。 2羽のシルバー文鳥や他の多くの動物たちと共に過ごした日々や日本とゆかりのある祖母と親戚の影響を大きく受ける。日本語を勉強中。 彼女の作品はいつも動物たちと空想な風景が繋いでいる｡自然から影響を受けており、動物たちと日常生活の出来事が織りなす、独特で繊細なタッチで描いている｡

主に可愛いくて不思議な動物､空想な風景､海を水彩絵の具で描く｡ 不思議な絵本の画風で多くの人の心を温かく癒し感動を届けたいと願っている。

2019年創作活動を開始し、InstagramとTwitterに作品を投稿｡
2020年台湾の「OCHA Gallery」初の個展を開催。
2021年日本グループ展「ARTRUM TOKYO」と「台湾日本交流展」に参加。
