Takanashi is not very good at talking and it is difficult for her to express her emotions with language. Drawing was a way to convey her thoughts. Takanashi, who felt painfully misunderstood by others, was about to die. At that time, she was attracted by the strength and transience of plant life.  With her newfound obsession with drawing lines, Takanashi attempts to draw life.
